A Florida man is in police custody after spraying the door of a local business with a substance inside a bottle labeled "COVID-19." The man, 50-year-old David Randolph White, told employees and patrons in the area that they would all be infected with the coronavirus.
White was arrested soon thereafter and charged with attempted or threatened use of a weapon of mass destruction or hoax weapon of mass destruction.
