Prosecutors in Pasco County, Florida dropped Stacey Dash's domestic battery case against her husband days after she was arrested for allegedly pushing her husband, attorney Jeffrey, and slapping him during a verbal argument. Authorities said in an incident report that Dash's husband had red scratch marks to his left upper arm from Dash pushing him
Marty, took to Twitter to thank prosecutors, writing, "Today, the State Attorney made the right call by declining to file charges against my wife, @staceydash. She was arrested over my objection at the time, but due to the pending investigation, I waited to comment until now. We both look forward to getting this behind us."

Previously, it was reported that Stacey Dash was arrested for domestic battery this past Sunday night. Now, body camera footage of Dash's arrested has surfaced. In the video, once Dash is handcuffed, you can hear officers asking her questions about her life and more. Watch above.

According to reports, Stacey Dash was arrested for domestic battery this past Sunday night.
The incident reportedly took place around 7:45 pm it was noted that Dash pushed the victim and slapped the man in his face in a New Port Richey apartment. The arrest report said, “The victim sustained red scratch marks to his left upper arm from being pushed.” It was noted there was no alcohol or drug influence for Dash.
The Pasco Sheriff’s Department took Stacey Dash to a Land O’ Lakes detention facility.
