Before 6ix9ine's arrest, 50 Cent referred to the Brooklyn rapper as his "son," and he admitted during the interview that he thought the situation is sad. Around the 21:30 mark, Rosenberg asked if Fif was "sad how things played out," and he explained, "Yeah, I have never seen that before," adding that "the audience doesn't care." 50 Cent went on to state that if Tekashi made a hot enough song, he thinks people would listen.
