According to reports, Spurs head coach Greg Popovich now has the most wins of any NBA head coach in history.
Popovich was just over Lenny Wilkens with 1,413 wins during the regular season and playoffs. Lenny Wilkens is right under Popovich with 1,412 wins. News of this comes right the Spurs beat the Nuggets in Game 1 of their playoff series. Demar DeRozan spoke on Popovich, saying “Pop just has a certain poise to him. Sometimes, not much needs to be said. But what is said is understood...You can't go wrong with Pop."
