Bill Gates has just joined the exclusive $100 billion club alongside Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, who is worth $146 billion. Gates and Bezos are the only people in the world in the club, with French business magnate Bernard Arnault being the third richest person in the world with a net worth of $86.2 billion.
Many have pointed out that Gates' membership in the club may be short-lived, as he has focused on the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation by donating $45.5 million to fund various causes. He has also vowed to give away much of his fortune to charity.
