Update 03/06/2019 1:01am:

Fabolous will avoid jail time in his domestic violence case and his charges will be dismissed if he stays out of trouble for a year and completes a pretrial intervention program. According to TMZ, Fabolous will provide the court with monthly updates as part of his plea deal, but he was not ordered to take anger management classes or attend therapy.

The rapper's charges stem for a domestic violence incident with the mother of two of his children, Emily Bustamante. Video of the incident quickly spread online, showing Fabolous confronting Emily's father while holding a pair of scissors. He was originally facing 20 years for the various charges in the incident.
