Police have arrested who they believe to be the shooter in the fatal incident at a Torrance, CA area bowling alley. According to USA Today, Reginald Wallace, 47, fired the fatal shots after the brawl inside the bowling alley occurred. Wallace was on parole after spending 17 years behind bars for assault with a deadly weapon.
Wallace remained in police custody without bail after being picked up by authorities on Monday. It is unclear at this time if he has legal representation.
