Yesterday it was reported that 20-year-old hip hop star XXXTentacion was shot and killed. Police are currently investigating the shooting --offering a reward for any information that may lead to an arrest.
Since XXXTentacion's untimely death, his music has sky-rocketed on music charts such as iTunes According to Metro News, his single SAD! is currently number one while "Changes" holds the number five spot on the platform. Moreover, physical copies of XXX’s music also rose in sales. Vinyl increased by 542,566% and CD went up 54,057% spike in sales.
Both fans and celebrities mourned the young rapper by expressing their thoughts and sending their condolences.
