Lil Xan burst onto the scene this past year and could have made a solid case for appearing on the coveted, yet controversial, XXL Freshman cover. However, as Lil Xan broke down to Adam 22, his name was scratched off the list after his tone-deaf comments about Tupac that he made a few months back. Xan went on to call XXL Editor-in-Chief, Vanessa Statten, retarded for not picking him and other hot artists.
