Tyrese is not having the best time in life right now. Last Fall, the talented actor and singer released a video of himself crying on camera in an attempt to appeal to his ex-wife Norma Gibson. In the emotional video, Tyrese cries while revealing that he is caught up in an acrimonious custody battle with his former wife. Not soon after, TMZ revelaed that Tyrese was having money issues stemming from his court battle with Norma. He filed court docs stating that he made $105,686 per month, but has monthly expenses of $107,576. Now it appears that Tyrese has more financial issues knocking at his door.
Once again reported by TMZ, Tyrese is being hit with a lawsuit by American Express. The Fate of the Furious star has an unpaid balance with Amerian Express of $61,071.35. Although that may seem like a large chunk of cash, when Tyrese filed the court docs pertaining to his income last year, he stated that he had $900k in the bank, and had property worth about $2 million. He also dropped $4 million on a house in Atlanta last year, so the actor should be able to cover his $61,000 credit card debt.
