In this clip, Big U discussed his longest prison bid and what landed him in that situation. He said growing up in South Central LA that there was always an understanding of the possible outcomes if you chose to bang and be in the streets. Big U said prior to even going to prison he began to have a change in mentality and consciousness. An example of that is how he began to take Crips to meet with Minister Louis Farrakhan in an effort to get his homies on a better path.

The result of that according to Big U was an "aggravated circumstance" which added more time to his (then) pending sentence. Big U also detailed how reading the Autobiography of Malcolm X changed his life and got him away from selling drugs in his community but explained how his extenuating expenses forced him back into the streets.
