Its been awhile since we heard from Desiinger. The Brooklyn rapper ascended the charts with his hit single "Panda" which peaked at number one on Billboard's Hot 100 in 2016. Soon after, Desiigner was scooped up by Kanye West, who signed the young up-and-comer to his G.O.O.D. Music imprint. Since then though, Desiigner has been awfully quiet.

Desiigner was in Los Angeles this past Monday and stopped by Power 106 to discuss several topics, including the creation of his highly anticipated album Life of Desiigner. When host DJ Felli Fel asks Desiigner when the album will be released, the rapper answers, "It's coming man, it's coming. It's coming before the end of the Summer man, it's definitely coming before the end of the Summer. "

He continues on to say, "I just wanted to make sure everything was right with the legal side, but everything's coming, I promise man."

Felli then continues on to congratulate Desiigner for having no features on the album. Although the DJ is obviously trying to get more information on the project, the "Panda" rapper plays along. "When the camera's cut off. I'll probably give you a little sneak peek," brags Desiigner. His comment prompts Felli to ask the rapper to spit a verse off the album. It doesn't take long for Desiigner to agree, and he begins by rapping Accapella before a thin beatbox is added behind him.

"I smoke dope for a nightcap, yeah/ I get a stack get it right back, yeah/ I get the pack, get the right pack, yeah," raps Desiigner excitedly.
