Chance The Rapper took to Twitter to express his concern and to call for action just hours after a package said to have been headed for Austin exploded at a FedEx facility outside of San Antonio, early Tuesday morning, March 20. Only one non-life threatening injury was suffered in the blast, but it put the city and the greater state of Texas on angst over the increasing likelihood that a terrorist is on the loose.

"Someone is serial murdering Black and Latino men and women in Texas right now. One of them was just a boy. Hold your leaders accountable. Even if you aren’t from Texas, your elected officials should be talking about this. #AustinBombings," Chance tweeted just after 7:00 a.m.

Unfortunately, fear that the attacker may strike again raised higher before it subsided, and by Tuesday evening there were reports of yet another explosion taking place at a Goodwill store on Brodie Lane. An investigation is underway to gather as many clues as possible that may give indication as to whether or not the latest attack might be linked to the previous five.

The FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives have been working overtime to get to the bottom of the series of attacks. So far, two are dead and several more have been injured in the bombings.
