Many rappers are heralded as the best ever, like Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, and more. Now, Nelly alluded to The D.O.C. possibly being one of those rappers in that category if didn’t get into the tragic accident that caused his voice to be altered.
Nelly went on to point out that The D.O.C. is the biggest “What If?” in hip-hop history, and his only album should put him in the category with legends.
