2015 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year and First Team All-Pro Marcus Peters is being traded from the Kansas City Chiefs to the L.A. Rams, according to ESPN. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter said that the Rams will receive draft picks, not players, in exchange for Peters.

Peters has played for the Rams since they selected him as a first-round pick in 2015. He currently leads the NFL with 19-interceptions, but some feel that his controversies have overshadowed his accomplishments at times. Late this season, Peters was suspended for launching an official's penalty flag into the stands and getting into a verbal altercation with a Chiefs coach.
