Tekashi 6ix9ine, Cardi B, and Rich The Kid weren't the only rappers engulfed in drama surrounding their trips out West for the 2018 NBA All-Star Game weekend. Soon after word got around that Famous Dex had been robbed of his chain, he hopped on a live stream to let his fans know he'd have it back within 24 hours. Hours later, the individual who had been showing the icy piece off responded with a video in which he acknowledges that Dex is about to get his jewels back, for a price.
"Quit talking so much ... Don't even let nobody know you know me," the L.A. gangster said while pacing his crib with the sound of a baby in the background and a bite of pizza in his mouth. "He gon' buy that s**t back. I already talked to him already. That's my boy. Dexter' my boy. We're talking business now. Welcome to L.A."
There are disputing stories over how Dexter's chain got took. In the second part of the video Dex put out responding to the incident, he shows off the jewelry on his fingers and wrists and poses that if he had really been stripped of his belongings one would think the thief would have taken the rest of his valuables.
There has been no word yet on whether Dex has retrieved the chain.
