During his interview at a 2018 NBA All-Star Game weekend media event on Saturday, February 17, Draymond Green joked that Joel Embiid's best skill is "Instagram locations." In putting all jokes aside, however, teammate Kevin Durant would beg to differ.

Midway through his sit-down with reporters, Durant agreed that Embiid indeed does have a wonderful rapport with fans off the court and on social media. But much more importantly, Durant said, he's got the kinds of skills with a basketball that will one day earn him recognition as the best player in the league.

"He's skilled for his size; he can shoot the three, he can dribble, and he developed the skills over time, and he wants it. So, uh, he's a great player. He's definitely a guy that you respect, and is going to take over this league here once I'm done," Durant said with a chuckle.

Through 44 games played, Embiid is averaging 23.7 points and has grabbed an average of 11.1 rebounds per game. That is good for only 2.3 points less, and four more rebounds per game than Durant on average. He's also got fans of his Philadelphia 76ers trusting "The Process," as the team remains in playoff contention with a 30-25 record that was helped along by a five-game winning streak coming into the break.
