Nipsey Hussle has had one of the most successful rollouts we've witnessed for a debut album in quite some time. He's been able to promote independence, financial and entrepreneurial ownership, as well as providing an outlet for youth to gain access to science and technology programs throughout impoverished neighborhoods.

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worst in the midst of Hussle's official album release party at World of Wheels, which he is rumored to actually own. Shots rang out late Saturday night, leaving one male shot who eventually was rushed to Cedar-Sinai Medical Center.

Those in attendance to the official Victory Lap album release party included the likes of radio legend Big Boy, Kevin Hart, Irv Gotti, James Harden, and of course his baby moms in Lauren London who all ended the night without being harmed.

This is what an unidentified witness had to say to HipHopDX, “I was on my way to the ATM and I heard bullets start flying by... I saw people falling down. It was like mass hysteria. I couldn’t see who got shot. We just started running and didn’t look back. I just kind of heard it happening. I couldn’t really tell how many people got shot because so many people were falling. Everyone scattered and were climbing over each other to get away.”

Some even took to Twitter revealing that they were in attendance, one user Tweeted the following, "The homegirl just call my phone saying they shooting at world on wheels but they charged her 40 to get in so she still skating."

Hopefully, the man that was shot is in good spirits and will make a rapid recovery from the bullet wound.
