LeBron James has decided to use his voice and platform to speak out against Donald Trump. In a recent segment for Uninterrupted x Uber the NBA All-Star along with Kevin Durant doubled down on their opposition of the current president. FOX News' Laura Ingraham, dedicated a bitter harangue where she told basketball players to "stick to dribbling" and personally attacked James, saying he should leave political discussions to those who "didn't leave high school a year early to play basketball."

Many athletes have jumped to the defense of the basketball stars and their right to voice their opinions. Recent Super Bowl Champion Chris Long, went as far as to point out to Ingraham and FOX News along with the hypocrisy in her diatribe against James and KD.

In a Twitter thread posted on Friday (February 16), Long posted a slew of photos showing times the network allowed celebrities like Chuck Norris, Clint Eastwood, and Kid Rock to deliver their own political commentary.

After posting six photos, Chris asked, "what’s the prerequisite for who can talk politics? So, Fox News folks who agree with Laura... you okay with these segments?"

He continued: "And if you reply 'stick to sports,' you should probably tune of out Fox News because they’ve got karate guys talking climate change on there. (Which I’m cool with... it’s his right.) Unless it’s just about you needing to feel like you’ve got control of athletes like Lebron."
