While many consider Top Dawg Entertainment to be one of the most loaded rosters in music, it looks like TDE has their eyes set on expanding beyond music. According to ESPN's Darren Rovell, former LSU running back Derrius Guice is the newest signee to TDE and the first athlete the company will be representing. Guice told Rovell that his reason for signing with Top Dawg Ent. was because “They were the first guys who came to me, just like LSU was the first school to offer me a scholarship.”
Guice rushed for 3,074 yards and 29 touchdowns over his two LSU campaigns before being one of the 106 underclassmen granted special eligibility for the upcoming NFL draft. But while TDE signed Guice for his on-the-field talents, it seems like Guice has other plans as he tweeted out on Friday, "me and @kendricklamar album coming soon. @TopDawgEnt."
