It pays to be a Lil Yachty fan.
The rapper gifted one of his fans with an Ice Box necklace laced with 184 diamonds and her name engraved on the back. According to TMZ, the jewelry is worth $10,000. That wasn't all 17-year-old Danielle Combs received. Yachty also gave her clothes from his Sailing Team crew and a signed Paper Magazine where he is featured on the cover.
It all went down on Twitter. On Christmas Eve, Yachty tweeted both Combs and another fan. "@daniellecombs_ & @GrimesYachty I have expensive and rare gifts for you two because y'all are my two most favorite fans. I know y'all will like. I am mailing them. They will come right after Christmas but it's for Christmas." Last week, Yachty decided Combs' gift wouldn't come in the mail. "Personally dropping yo Christmas gift off to yo doorstep at a random time not gone tell you when. But just know that." The teen then posted a picture to her account with Lil Yachty and his crew captioned, "My new brothers for life. Sailing team foreverrrrr".
As for the other fan, @GrimesYachty, their gift wasn't so publicized. The account tweeted yesterday, "fingers crossed for the gift to come in today!" It looks like Yachty is one to keep his word.
As for why those two were selected--the rapper did say they were his favorite.
