Nipsey Hussle is known to be a very keen businessman among today's active hip-hop artists. The Slauson Boy not only amassed a loyal fan base through his independent grind, but Nip has opened up stores, bought up real estate in the now-gentrifying Crenshaw district, and is even big in the cryptocurrency game. So Nipsey decided to give both fans and up-and-coming artists a look at how much money 1 million streams can get you on the major streaming platforms: YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, and Amazon Music. According to Nip's numbers, it looks like Tidal is head and shoulders above the competition in terms of paying its artists while YouTube seems to be the cheapest.

Nip, who just released a mini-documentary on Tidal entitled "10 Rings" told readers of his post, "Don't shoot the messenger. Just sign up 4 @Tidal."
