Kevin Spacey is facing a new allegation about his behavior in the film industry - and whereas the last round of headlines that focused on him centered around claims of sexual misconduct, his latest accuser has come forward to cite a couple of incidents of racism involving the beleaguered actor.

According to an account that his former personal security manager, Earl Blue, came forward with on Monday, January 15, there was at least one occasion during the taping of the first season of "House of Cards," in which Spacey referred to Black members of the security team with use of the N-word, while insisting that they not be allowed to view the show's trailer. One of the former employees who worked for the actor under Blue's leadership is also speaking out. According to that former employee, Eric Lyles, Spacey exhibited a refusal to shake hands with Black security guards working the set.

Blue recalls complaining about Spacey's use of the slur, only to be told by producers that, "that's just the way he is." He believes that his complaint is what ultimately led Spacey to drop his contract with Blue's VIP Productive Services. The former security boss is now suing for lost income based on the actor's decision to forego extending the $1.1 million contract VIP had with him.
