The mother of everyone’s favorite troll Danielle Bregoli, a.k.a. Bhad Bhabie, is suing DJ Suede for creating a song using her now infamous Dr. Phil rant where she continuously yelled “Cash me outside” at the audience.

TMZ obtained legal documents that detailed her lawsuit which claims that Suede’s song did not pay out royalties to them after they agreed to let him use the audio. The record has had a viral life of its own and Bhabie was initially expected to collect half of its profits, according to the documents.

Bregoli’s mother claims Suede refused to pay up after they didn’t give him a job as her official touring DJ. They also said the song made at least $250,000, half of which they are entitled to.

Suede spoke about the creation of the track during an interview with Rolling Stone last year. “Every remix I say I’m not gonna do are the ones that go viral the fastest. I told my lady friend how a bunch of people wanted me to remix that clip of her on Dr. Phil. She was like ‘Don’t do that. It’s so lame, and that will send a bad message to the kids,” he said.

Suede continued, saying “I didn’t really think the kids would care like that, so a day went by and my DMs went crazy. [The meme] was already pretty popular online, and I decided to make the mix because I had a lot of fans asking for it.” After a numerous amount of requests, Suede finally dropped the remix to Bregoli’s audio, and it took on a life of its own.
