Cardi B’s hot streak reached new heights this week when she tied a Billboard record held by Beyonce for having 4 songs in the top 10 of the Hot R&B Hip-Hop Songs Chart in the same week.

The four songs include her two solo tracks “Bodak Yellow” and “Bartier Cardi” along with collaborations including G Eazy’s “No Limit” and the Migos “Motorsport” which also features Nicki Minaj. Her recent collaboration with Bruno Mars “Finesse” might help her break that record since it’s already become somewhat of a smash with over 60 million views on YouTube.

Beyonce set the record for female artists upon the release of her “Lemonade” album in 2016. She topped the very same chart with songs like “Sorry,” “Formation,” “Hold Up”, and “6 Inches.” Cardi is now the second female artist and first female rapper ever to accomplish that same feat. Aside from Queen B and Cardi, various males have hit that same record including 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, Eminem, 2 Chainz, Drake, and Kendrick Lamar. Both Drake and Kendrick even had 5 records in the top 10 during the same week, according to Complex. The news comes as Cardi is gearing up to release her debut album. It’s unclear exactly when it will drop as her label remains mum on the subject.
