LaVar Ball's Big Baller Brand has been overloaded with bad reviews filed with the Better Business Bureau. The nonprofit organization told TMZ Sports that the company has an "F" rating after customers claim that they received the wrong order or no items at all after ordering from Big Baller Brand.
TMZ Sports found that there are 33 formal complaints on file, along with 41 negative reviews and no positive reviews. The Better Business Bureau says that customers should be careful when ordering from Ball's website, with Blair Looney, CEO of Better Bus. Bureau Central CA, sharing his thoughts on the company.
"This is very definitely substandard normal business practices for anybody. As a result of the repeat pattern of complaints, the volume of complaints, Big Baller now has an F rating with the BBB, which is the lowest rating possible in the BBB system."
