Chad Johnson will regain his freedom today, because the judge that initially sentenced the former NFL great to 30 days behind bars has agreed to release him early.
A week ago, Johnson was sentenced to 30 days after playfully slapping his lawyer's butt during court.
Johnson was brought into the courtroom wearing handcuffs, where he received a stern scolding from the judge for his disrespectful conduct. However, after delivering the butt-chewing the judge agreed to grant Johnson his freedom today, although he extended his probation by one month.
