HipHopDX caught up with Math Hoffa and Okwerdz recently at the Rap Battle Network's launch event in Playa Vista, California. They began the interview by talking about Okwerdz having retired from battle rap, at least for the moment, and then transitioned into discussing a challenge issued by Math to battle on the upcoming KOTD "Take Over" event which is going down on June 28th. Okwerdz responded by saying he would greatly consider it so long as Math is serious about setting up the battle.
Since Okwerdz has called out Math in many of his past battles, it would be very interesting to see how this battle would play out if it really happens. Keep your fingers crossed, battle rap fans, for an epic and historic clash between Math Hoffa vs Okwerdz in the near future.
