Toronto's Mayor Rob Ford was recently accused of taking a hit from a crack pipe, which someone allegedly has on camera. The footage is supposed to be sold to the Toronto Star, but so far no video has surfaced.
Ford vehemently insists that he's never smoked crack, though nearly anyone would deny such an accusation. His actions have even been erratic of late, as he fired his Chief of Staff Mark Towhey on Thursday for an unknown reason.
A crack-smoking Mayor might sound absurd, but it's happened before. Back in 1990, D.C.'s Mayor Marion Barry was videotaped getting high on rocks. Hopefully Ford isn't walking the same path.
