Blanca Francia, one of Michael Jackson's former housekeepers at the Neverland Ranch, will reportedly play a huge role in deciding if Wade Robson will win his civil lawsuit against MJ's estate.
Francia testified to seeing a 7 or 8-year-old Robson in a shower with MJ, though her evidence was that both their underwear were strewn outside the shower door. Francia said she couldn't see anything happening, but heard Michael laughing.
MJ was acquitted of the charges, partially due to Robson's initial testimony, in which he denied that Michael ever touched him. Wade is now arguing that MJ's businesses - MJJ productions and MJJ Ventures - should have been protecting him, since he was being recruited to work with Michael.
Francia is reportedly being contacted about this new case.
