Malcolm X's grandson Malcolm Shabazz died in what was thought to be a deadly robbery last week. Now, more details have surfaced, and two men have been taken into custody.

According to the New York Times, two men, David Hernandez Cruz and Manuel Alejandro Perez de Jesus, were arrested for the crime of beating and killing Malcolm Shabazz. The men were both waiters at the Palace Club, a downtown bar where them and Shabazz apparently had an altercation about an "excessive bill."

Authorities believe two other waiters helped beat and kill Shabazz, though neither have been caught as of yet.

Despite the assailants allegedly being captured, details surrounding the incident are still foggy. The bar Shabazz was in doubled as a brothel, and he was evidently very drunk at the time.
