Trey Songz just caught a big break in his stripper case. The B&B singer was accused of hitting a woman in the face with money at a strip club in New York City back in August of 2012. However, it would seem there wasn't enough evidence to move forward with the case.
"There would be no clear case of misconduct," the Queens, NY District Attorney's office told TMZ. "There was just no high level of recklessness."
Since no assault could be proven, the case was dropped.
