Miley Cyrus finally joined Instagram over the weekend, where she made a huge announcement for her followers that she was named Maxim's number one hottest woman. Maxim hasn't released the news, so Miley's message was quite the surprise.
"My 1st Instagram is dedicated to all my fans ❤ thank you for crowning me #1 Maxim Hot 100," Miley wrote with an attached photo of her in a sexy gold swimsuit. No word on what Maxim thought about Miley blurting out their big secret.
