While out in Houston, Texas yesterday, May 4th, Kim Kardashian attended a Sears event for some new maternity work she's involved with. She wore a tight black dress which her pregnant belly seemed to almost burst through, along with some tight high heels alongside of her sisters.
However it appears as though the heels might've been a tad bit too tight, for when Kim took off her right shoe, there were multiple indentations from the heel left all over her skin. She posted the picture on Instagram.
