It was only four years ago when Kid Cudi dropped his major label debut album. Despite that, Cudi is already feeling like a veteran in the game, and even feels a little out of touch with today's rappers.
Cudi thought about a recent session he had with Kendrick Lamar, and was surprised to learn he was a fan.
"I was so humbled by the fact that Kendrick was such a big fan of mine because sometimes I just feel out of touch with the new generation," Cudi told MTV News. "I'm not even that old, but I was away for a while and it's just really exciting for me to see the love from somebody like Kendrick who's in a space where he's just beasting and killing it."
