Funny man Kevin Hart was arrested for DUI recently, and despite that being a sore subject, you can't help but to laugh a little bit. When Marlon Wayans found out, he had quite the laugh.
The Wayans brother was asked how he felt about Kevin Hart's situation, to which he responded, "he only took a sip, and for a person the size of a penis, it doesn't take much to get wasted."
