Tyga chopped it up with Skee.TV about his new album "Hotel California" and why exactly he had to make the decision to take Tupac off of the album.  He explained that it was taking far too long to get clearance to put Pac's vocals on the project and he didn't want to delay the entire album because of it.  However, Tyga did say that there is a chance that he may release Tupac's vocals on his work as a bonus album type of scenario.
