A man named Matthew Graham has filed a lawsuit against Akon, claiming that when the entertainer took a stage dive into the crowd he crushed him, causing serious injury. TMZ got their hands on the suit in which Graham claims he sustained severe and permanent injury to his knee, back, head, and body during the 2009 incident at BayFest music festival in Alabama.
Graham doesn't go into detail about his physical disability, but is suing Akon & BayFest Inc. for medical expenses, lost wages, physical pain and mental anguish.
