Mayweather is suing a New Orleans wine bar that allegedly used him and Justin Bieber to lure customers in for a Super Bowl pre-game party.
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Mayweather claims The Wine Bistro advertised that Floyd and his Money Team would be hosting a party there on February 1. The Money Team consists of Floyd, Justin Bieber, Lil' Kim, and 50 Cent, among others.
In the lawsuit, Floyd calls himself "the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world and one of the greatest technical fighters of all time," and boasts that he earns more than $100k for a club appearance.
Mayweather claims he never agreed to appear at The Wine Bistro, yet the bar heavily advertised on Facebook, YouTube and with flyers that he would be there. He's angry that the bar profited off his name and is worried that fans will be upset because he was a no-show.
Floyd wants money and wants the bar to stop using his name.
