Singer Sean Kingston doesn't have the best of luck when he's in Miami. Last year, he was seriously injured in a jet ski accident and taken to a Miami hospital. This time around it seems he's the cause of the problem, as a Miami landlord claims he rented her mansion, which is $25,000 a month, then wrecked the place and left the premises before paying a $70,000 bill.
According to a lawsuit, Kingston and his mother, of all people, absolutely trashed the mansion. They caused $20,000 in damages to the home, including landscaping lights, sprinkler heads, holes in the wall, and broken railing around the waterfront dock. The landlord claims the mother and son also broke their lease agreement by checking out months ahead of time.
It's been reported that Kingston never acknowledged the suit, so a judge has ordered him to pay $77,000 in damages. However, the judge presiding over the case did subtract Kingston's $25,000 security deposit, so he has to pay just over $52,000.
