Loaded Lux's battle with Calicoe at the recent Summer Madness 2 event has become an instant classic in battle rap history. He's been praised for his incredible lyricism, word play, and ability to really preach in a poetic fashion about real life struggles in order to ruthlessly dismantle Calicoe in the battle. Some of the bars that Lux spit were extremely deep, held multiple meanings, and flew over a lot of people's heads, even after they watched the battle two or three times.
He recently met up with PMS radio's Wavey K at the Black Ink tattoo parlor in Harlem to break down many of the more complex bars. The explanations he gave for the hidden meaning behind some of his bars were mind boggling and may leave you thinking, "but how did he really come up with that?"
