According to recent Court House News reports coming out of Austin, Texas, a woman by the name of Kim McGee is currently suing Snoop Dogg, his manager Frank Palomino, and Perez Hilton, along with others for an assault that she suffered in Austin, back in 2010.
Ms. McGee was working as a driver for C-3 Presents LLC, and Spotlight Crew Inc., and was on duty driving Snoop Dogg to a show that was being produced by Perez Hilton. She alleges that Snoop's manager Palomino proceeded to verbally bash her for the entire ride. Upon arriving at the venue, Ms. McGee alerted her boss to Palomino's highly disrespectful behavior and stated that she would not work with them for the rest of the Austin trip.
This apparently enraged Palomino, and Ms. McGee claims that when he saw her again at the venue he grabbed her by the neck, pulled out large chunks of her hair, and threw her onto a cement floor head first, then he threw her into a random room where he proceeded to beat her.
Her boss, Justin Smith, along with a few security guards, apparently witnessed the attack but did nothing to stop it. She is also claiming that Snoop Dogg ignored the beating, but was fully aware of it. After the beating, no one contacted the authorities to help her, as she was in need of serious medical attention.
Kim McGee is suing for damages and injuries that stemmed from the beating, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and conspiracy. Aside from the fact that Perez Hilton was producing the concert where the beating occurred, it's unclear why he is involved in this case.
