VladTV has been a prominent force in the hip-hop media world for over 10 years. We are looking for an experienced content manager to join our team. You will be responsible for working with a strong group of writers to oversee content on the website.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in management. An inherent love for Hip Hop is preferred as the candidate will help to influence the direction of the culture.
Job description:
Improve and Expand on Content posted to all platforms
Manage a group of onsite and offsite staff writers
Manage a group of offsite contributing writers
Improve rate of posted stories
Hire new staff writers
Bring on more contributing writer contractors
Improve content management system
Interact with the video team
Increase the amount of video content posted to the site
Requirements:
3+ Years experience managing writers
Strong writing skills
College Degree or equivalent experience
