A McDonalds manager in Lakeland, Florida was beaten with a baseball bat after a customer became enraged over the poor customer service.
Police say the suspect in the video came in on Sunday night and was upset after he wasn't served right away.
The manager asked if the customer was taken care of, and the customer said he wasn't and that he experienced poor service the day before. He went on to demand the corporate number, but when he got it he threw it down and left.
The suspect returned 20 minutes later with a bat, jumped the counter and attacked the manager.
