Yo Nick, get better man. You’re a good guy. I’m 30yrs of age and a few months ago my doc told me that i was overweight. I’m 6’3 and at the time weighed 282lbs, damn near 300lbs lol smh. I was warned that I had some hypertension and at risk for type 2 diabetes. It doesn’t help that Coronary Heart Disease runs through my father side of the family which is hereditary so I got a DOUBLE wammy to worry about. In the fight to get my weight down I stumbled across the sport of Bodybuilding. I’ve gotten my weight down to 265. Through a complete lifestyle change; no drinking alchohol, healthier eating, better sleep and etc my blood pressure is getting better. Staying in shape and eating right and making sure your enviroment is healthy keeps your body and spirit healthy. I’m losing weight as we speak. My goal weight is 215lbs. Once that weight is reached and my blood sugar and pressure is checked and I'm good to go I will be training to compete for the NPC. Health Issues plague our black and latino communities as well as the Nation in general and I would love to show people ways to stay healthy....keep it up Cannon, I'm rootin' for you homie.
