President Obama recently commented on the tragic murder of the unarmed teenager, Trayvon Martin, out in Flordica. Trayvon's life was taken away at only 17 years old, by the bullet fired at him by neighborhood watch officer George Zimmerman. Zimmerman claims the shooting was in self defense, however a witness has said that Zimmerman was following Treyvon, and Treyvon was in no way hostile towards Zimmerman. The only item Treyvon was carrying was a bag of Skittles at the time.
President Obama spoke truthfully about the matter, and urges authorities to investigate all aspects of the case fully. He sends his condolences to Trayvon's parents.
