I know them diamond district merchants and furriers have permits by the boatload. You CAN have a gun legally in NYC if you can show that you're involved in a business that requires you to carry large amounts of cash on you. I always wondered why RAP dudes never figured this out. Someone in the crew has to have a clean record and can simply state on the carry-permit application that RappeRs are usually paid in cash for their live shows, usually at the shows, thus demonstrating the need for a carry since they are likely to get robbed by cats who wanna test they thug and see if they really built like what they claimin in they raps.

The real reason y ja got more time then weezy is cuz of bloomberg dat mayor of NYC weezy got caught up with his gun before the law got changed from 8 months to 3 years so when ja got caught with his bloomberg had enuff of it he said it he don't care if u are a celeb blk or wht u doing dat 3 years look at plaxco he got time just like any other person out here so weezy got lucky

I (Cavario H.com) have known Ja since 2002 or so, ever since we did our first interview in my 1st magazine dondiva. I can honestly say that dude has not changed since then and that speaks favorably about his character. I WILL him wellness.

My Pops is 60 and still carry the Pistol,This America land of the gun you better get you one.NYC always has had a policy of keeping the burner out of all its citizens hands mean time and in between time things go down people getting robbed women being pulled off of the streets getting raped and not a cop in sight.Go and try to obtain a gun license and it gets turned down without question at that same time the chances of getting shot by a cop is high a guy just got killed in his own home by police while trying to defend his own home from being invaded something that I just seen a young lady do in another state and she was praised for it.The state of Newyork is a fucking police state ..He wanna carry a gun it's his right by the laws of the country to do so.Not everyone is carrying it to commit a crime it's for protection straight up.A cop was just locked up for rape when he flashed his badge pulled a woman in a building and got at her while pulling his firearm on the woman.I'm not a fan of Jah or Wayne but I do support the right to bear arms and in this city they try to strip people of that but have no problem taking that Tax dollar from you..Fuck Bloomberg
