The mother of a 4-year-old son who died in a drunken hit-and-run incident could be facing more jail time than her son's killer because she was jaywalking during the accident.

I'm not sure so sure it's that crazy. You don't walk when the lights change. You walk when the cars stop moving. Her son is another victim in the morgue who had the right of way. Dead Right! She is supposed to protect her son, not the drunk driver.

This whole story is a crime in its self he service 6 months in jail and 5 years probation and she will get 3 years!!!!! the state should be ashamed of their self!!! every bus stop should have a crosswalk then why stop in area where the passenger can get off safety?!!!
