Yea it's fixed ... The team with the worse record gets the first pick period! They gave it to the Cavs because of the whole Lebron thing and plus it's nobody really exciting coming out of the NBA draft this year. Then you have the touching story so everybody is heartfelt. He knows it's rigged and it took everything for him not to say it.
