Producer extraordinaire Alchemist spoke with VladTV about his favorite female rappers, why he doesn't have a private life, and the track that made him fall in love with Hip Hop.

With a career spanning from the early days of Hip Hop, the producer says he was heavily invested into the genre after hearing Newcleus' 1984 single, "Jam On It." Comparing it to "alien electric sounds," the producer jokes that the song made him want to break dance immediately.

When it comes to the genre today, the producer says he's interested in a few females rappers, and says he enjoys Detroit native Dej Loaf.
